Holiday Cake Recipe

My Holiday Challenges

These holidays we were challenged to complete seven challenges, one of which was to go 3 days without technology. This was (in my opinion) the hardest, but surprisingly I wouldn't mind doing it again. Anyways whoever completed all the challenges would name our new fish, and it...... ME! I named them Bob and Eve. Pinwheel Scones

In Topic we were split into our Reading groups to find a recipe we could cook ourselves, and that was our pinwheel scone. We were suppose to find a gluten or dairy free recipe, but we didn't like them so we chose the scones. I would rate this a 10/10 because it's simple, and cheap, and very delicious!
